A nice hotel. Stayed on the 30th floor with a decent view. Gym, hot tub and pool were nice. Asked for a quiet room, but somehow managed to be stuck next to the elevator lol. Sounded Like the subway going past. Lots of restaurants and amenities nearby.

The only good thing this hotel offers you is a stunning view of the Kaihsiung skyline, however cleanliness and staff could be improved. The hotel says it is a 5 star hotel, but in fact it only offers 3 star experience; hotel staff looks not welcoming, the rooms are quite outdated, the aircon cannot be switched for heat - it was super cold in the room and they turn the aircon for you before you check in - why? It is 15 degrees outside, why your aircon is at freezing mode?

可惜住的是邊間，房間空間格局有點怪，不過是個人因素，其他真的都非常好，特別是游泳池，真棒！！柜臺服務人員和門口的服務人員，還有打掃的，態度親切又好，很棒！！

Good to be at han sien, as its at main city center. Little old comapred to new modern hotels. Hopefully they upgrade the rooms and get more attention of travellers. Overall satisfied with the stay.

Everything was good during my stay in this hotel. The lighting of the room was a bit too dim for me, but it wasn't a problem during the day as there was plenty of sunlight from the window. What I like about is that they put a coffee table and an armchair by the window, making it quite enjoyable to do some reading during the day. The location is a okay, around 10-15 minutes walk from the closest MRT station. The way to the station was clear and had a variety of local shops to explore.

夜景，很美。服務人員態度非常親切，還有停車方便。這次有送哈根達斯冰淇淋（真的很驚喜????）

房間空調無法調節，太冷無法入睡，床沒有很好睡翻身時還有異音，羽絨枕頭太軟不好睡，只有夜景很好看。

房間很大，位置方便，非常好，下次會入住。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

房間很乾凈，就是隔音效果不怎么好，需要再加強下，洗護用品相比國內的少，可以對比國內的全季酒店級別，1千多的價格，性價比不高
